Can Ferg AI work without ServiceTitan?
Yes. Technicians can manually start recordings. ServiceTitan integration enables automatic dispatch-triggered recording but is not required.
Does the tech need to do anything to start?
With ServiceTitan connected, the app detects arrival and prompts the tech; they confirm consent with one tap. Without ServiceTitan, they tap Record in the iOS app.
How long does scoring take?
Typically 2-5 minutes after recording stops.
Is customer consent required?
Yes, always. The app cannot start recording without the tech confirming customer consent.
Does it work for CSR (phone) calls too?
Not yet. Ferg AI currently supports in-person field service calls. CSR support is coming.
