Claude AI transcribes the call, identifies which speaker is the technician, and scores across eight coaching criteria — greeting, investigation, diagnosis, options, financing, decision time, consent and completion. You can change the criteria.
Is recording legal?+
It depends on your state, and Ferg AI is built around that. The app knows whether you operate in a one-party or all-party consent state and adjusts what the technician must do before recording starts. Customers are notified through your ServiceTitan dispatch and arrival texts. This is not legal advice — check your own obligations.
How long does scoring take?+
A few minutes from the end of the call. The score, transcript and coaching notes are usually in ServiceTitan before the technician has finished writing up the job.
