Terms of Service

The service
Ferg-AI records service-visit conversations (with customer consent), transcribes them, and gives technicians and their managers coaching scores and tips. The service is provided to companies; individual accounts are created and managed by each company.
Your responsibilities
- Consent is required. You must inform the customer and get their agreement before recording, and follow all recording laws that apply where you work (for example, California’s all-party-consent law).
- Keep your sign-in credentials private and use the service only for your company’s work.
- Don’t misuse the service — no attempting to access other companies’ data, no reselling, no reverse engineering.
Billing
Plans are billed per technician seat at the rate shown when your company set up its account. Billing is handled by Stripe. Your company can change seats or cancel from the Billing page; changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
Coaching content
Scores and tips are generated automatically to help coaching conversations. They are suggestions, not employment decisions — how your company uses them is up to your company.
Your data
Your company owns its recordings, transcripts, and coaching data. How we collect and protect data is described in the Privacy Policy. On written request we will delete a company’s data within 30 days.
Service and liability
We work to keep Ferg-AI available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount your company paid for the service in the twelve months before a claim.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions: loren@vehix.app.
